My apologies. The question has been corrected with a count(*) instead of a SELECT *. I am sure that I saw 50 results in testing and let it go as "there were 50 rows", thinking the question was testing the "go 50" and you'd all be able to read the author's mind.I will award back points as soon as my VPN is repaired.
Now what kind of holidays is that???
Back to the horses or I tell your wife :hehe:.

I'm pretty sure he didn't ride horses down to Florida which is where I gather he is from his blog post. If he did, more props to him. That's a nice, long vacation.

No horses, just swimming with my little girl. The VPN broke just before I was to leave, and apparently hasn't been fixed.

I got around to this question late today so I missed all of the excitement. I never knew that 'GO' accepted a count. Never read about 'GO'...HA! Thanks for the lesson.

It's a nice question now that it says "count(*)". It wasn't really all that bad before, just a bit disconcerting.

How come you did not whinge about no mention of using SSMS and at least 2005 to even get close to one of the answers 😛
Far away is close at hand in the images of elsewhere.

great question. I never realised Go accepted an option... now I just need to find a use for it 😉
