Getting error message while using csv file

  I am running package moving csv files to the database but now i am getting the mesage as attached.

  I am not sure what to do here, any one any idea.

  Do you have unicode values in your file? If you don't you could clear the unicode checkbox in the flat file connection. If you do, you need to change the column properties to a unicode type in the Advanced tab in the flat file connection and then use a Data Conversion or Derived Column transformation in your data flow.
