One thing I found that when I removed COnfig file from the package configuration, the error goes away. so I think it has to do with Config file and specially may be password.
The things I have value for in confgi file are
Servername
UserName
Password
Drive
ProfileName
Drive and ProfileName are in Variable..................
all the packages Protection Level is set to "EncryptSensitiveWithUserKey"

Thanks Mahesha, THis one works......I tired it before as one of my collegue suggested.
Also When I remove config file from package configurations, the error goes away.........
ALso, When I remove config file fron package configurations, and then readd the same configure file as reuse existing and save the package it works........
I want to know what is happening here..............

Hi Can you check your config file once about what protection level settings are given
#1. Before removing and
#2. After adding it again by selecting reuse existing.

Mahesh
