Getting Error in Sp_readerrorlog

  Hi All,

  While trying to execute sp_readerrolog proc on sql server 2012 , i am getting following error.

  Msg 22004, Level 16, State 1, Line 0

  Failed to open loopback connection. Please see event log for more information.

  Msg 22004, Level 16, State 1, Line 0

  error log location not found

  What may be the possible reason and how to fix it?

  Execute below query

  USE [msdb]

  GO

  EXEC msdb.dbo.sp_set_sqlagent_properties @oem_errorlog=0
