Hi,
When I execute a package I want that package to be executed at the highest priority keeping all the other resources of the computer on lower priority...
How can this be acheived

Tell us a bit more about the server you are running the package on. What applications does it have running other than Integration Services? Give us a bit more to chew on.

Other Applications like the any other asp.net application thats consuming more memory, or any windows service or any antivirus anything thats consuming systems memory at that moment of time.

In that case my answer to you question would be "don't do it".

Generally you'd want to run SSIS packages on sql server boxes and asp.net apps on web servers.
