Heh... "Nimble".
Why? "Because they said so". No explanation was given by the group that made the decision. The cool part about that is that I can now disavow all knowledge and put ownership on them so that I don't have to take on any additional responsibility.

They are selling lots of features that, according to the sale pitch, will make life easier for me.
Are you leveraging any of the features that are advertised (snapshots!) that make you life easier? Have you measured the actual performance numbers vs. the advertised numbers?

Nothing yet on that, Michael. We've had the new boxes setup for many months and were supposed to migrate all our systems to the new boxes. Then, as they've been doing for the last 2 years, they put it off again in favor of trying to fix things that would likely fix themselves if they took the time to migrate to the new boxes. It's like the old say goes... "They know the cost of everything and the value of nothing". :sick: It's kept me buried and I've not had the chance to experiment.
