  The problem is Full Text Indexing, we created a new server and in the process of moving the databases, came accross this problem. For some reason when we installed SQL Server Full Text Indexing option is Unavailable (grayed out) on the Tools menu. We check to ensure Microsoft Search was active. Does Anyone know why?
