Full Text Index installation problem

  I installed full text indexing on sql server 2000 developer edition, but the full text catalog icon does not appear, the full text index submenu on the right click of the table is also not enabled. This happened on two different machines.

  Any Solutions?

  Some problems often come up with FT Indexing because builtin/administrators has been removed, or removed from the sysadmin role.
