   We are installing a new server using 2003 server as the OS and SQL 2000 as the database server.  Now it will not display the full text search unless I am a local admin.  Due to local policies developers are not allowed local admin permissions to the server (I do have admin privileges to SQl Server 2000).  Is there a file that I need specific permissions to allow the full text search capability?
