I'm quite surprised by how few SQL DBA's worldwide have gotten certified on the 2005 version. I think a good question for a "Friday poll" would be "why are you certified/not certified".

Not a bad idea. You want to write a guest or have me whip something up 🙂

Perhaps should include the idea of is 2008 certification in the works for any of you.

I wasn't looking to write a guest poll, but I guess I'd be willing to. Though I think folks might tend to respond more if you are the one asking the question. I tried to strike up a similar thread on the Certification forum but not too many folks chimed in.
