Hey, you code might be good, but it is *not* necessary to post it to every single forum here. Most members do follow all fora here anyway.

Hi !
Dear Frank Kalis, my code is very good.
On other forums of the message leave downwards the next day.
Can be to whom that in the given moment the function
"Returns a specified word from a string" is necessary?
With best personal regards, Igor.

Igor,
I haven't looked at it, but I don't question the quality of your code. All I wanted to say is, that 1 post in the right forum is all that is necessary. Reading 4 times the same is a bit annoying.

Then maybe posting this to the forums is the wrong approach.
How about posting it to the script library, or talk to the guys running the site on how it may be added to the Resources Center.

If your opinion is positive, would you be able to publish my functions, on any SQL server forums (including in Germany) that you find appropriate.
Please include your comments and designate yourself as the person who promotes this publication.
Could you please let me now if you speak French, unfortunately, I don't speak English.
Could you please have a look at my code and let me know your opinion?

Igor
If you would like to publish your functions at our Australian site feel free to do so. After registering at the site, post your functions in the resources section http://www.sqlserver.org.au/Resources/Registered/SubmitResource.aspx. (You will need to provide the scripts in a Zip file)
From there the Site Admins will review if they're appropriate and approve them. Posting them in the resources section automatically creates a related forum thread, tracks how many downloads there has been and allows other registered users to supply a rating.
As I am involved with producing and moderating the content of the http://www.sqlserver.org.au website, it is not appropriate for me to promote any products on that site.
And no, I don't speak French.

I've downloaded the code and drop you a private mail when I had a look at it. In the meantime, like Phill said, there are many places you can add it. Like http://www.sql-scripts.com/ , http://www.planetsourcecode.com/ or many other.
There are also several French speaking newsgroups about SQL Server hosted by Microsoft. Here's the link to the webinterface http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.fr.sqlserver&cat=fr_FR_1495f8aa-233c-4216-b013-e3f5ab14e8f9&lang=fr&cr=FR

Quand même je me permets à faire quelques remarques
