I looked a Red Gate but I didn't see the filtering functionality. The data in Company A is a subset of what is stored in the Central database. Looks like I would be bombarded with rows in Central but not in Company A errors. To make things more interesting, we have data that synch's everywhere like Vendors, but Invoices, Payments, Inventory are Company specific............Thanks for the response,
M
Hi Mike,
SQL Data Compare can filter rows from the source and/or target using the "Where Clause" feature in the Tables and Views tab (project options). Is this what you're looking for? Please email support if you need assistance!

SQL Everywhere - a free SQL Server IDE (Integrated Development Environment) which supports all versions of Microsoft SQL Server from 2000 to 2008 and comes with the most fully-featured and accurate SQL Intellisense® engine available – use it to turbocharge your productivity!
