Have you tried the Integration Services Tutorials in BOL that comes with SS 2005? I know that you said you did not want Microsoft tutorials but if you haven't tried them...

JumpStartTV has the largest selection I have found and I owe Brian Knight for this.

Hi,
Yes, we stopped ads and charge since November 2014, so it's no longer for free and it cost $0.5 per lesson at this point in time.
We will be moving our website to new domain this year (kebi.academy) to avoid confusion.
