I've to the link and filled all the requirements - how do I save the ebook so I can reference it again.
Its an encrypted pdf - can you save these?

With the PDF on-screen, press Ctrl-P and print it to a PDF (I use CutePDF, but the Office 2007 PDF writer may do just as well).
Takes a while to process, though.....

Other tip: While your PDF is on your screen, go to your internet cache directory and copy the PDF file

either SAVE using Ctrl-Shift-S
or F8 to display the toolbar, and click on the "Save" button
Again, it is copyrighted
I finished it on the weekend, it's a good read on 2008

that's what it was! - I didn't have the tool bar and when I hit the f8 there it was.
