    Who is Mick?

    Snap the variables window to the bottom of the solution.

    Then drag down the connection manager as close as you dare to the variables.

    Then here comes Mick!! 🙂

    I see it too. Just need to reduce the height of the Connection Managers section to its minimum.

    Whoever Mick is, we can be assured that his owner drew the tab control. Well done, sir 😀
