Just a suggestion, but I think that 42 should not be ommitted in this list.

I wouldn't worry, judging by ranks as they are, Gail needs at least 55k points before she gets the rank of "God". On the new points system that'll be about...  3 months 😉

I assume by "Gain" you mean Gail (aka GilaMonster)? And currently she has a points total of 49,684. Only needs 316 to hit 50k.

Last time I checked it was ~46k points. Where the hell did 3000 come from?

  • Actually, Gail has a point.  I apparently have 34 points from the past 30 days, and I've barely posted anything I can bring to mind

According to the front page, I have over 4000 in the last 30 days. I haven't been posting anywhere near that much. Max I could sustain a few years ago was around 800/30 days

  • I'll log a ticket to look at points. I suspect that some of the recalculations might be date stamped with the migration date. I think much of this will shake out in a month or so, but for now it's definitely a bit jarring.

  • Remember that you also get points from liked posts. It seems that someone/something is liking random posts according to what I saw on my profile some days ago. With the huge amount of posts, Gail can increase points without any effort now.

I mean, I've already got other people posting links to my blog and articles, now I get points for doing nothing too.
