hi
I have word files that i need to create in reporting services
this files are formal letters
i need to plant the name of the worker and personal details in the form
can i create this in ssrs?

I use SSRS to create formal letters frequently here. First I create a proc to pull the necessary details into the report and use that as an embedded dataset. The next step is to build the letter. I do this by inserting a table into the report and entering the basic text manually, inserting the fields from the report throughout the text as required. I find it easier to enter different sections of the letter into individual fields in the table rather than putting everything into one field. For example, enter your address into the top right hand corner then maybe putting the Execution Time formatted as a date in the field below that and so on.
The advantage to using a table rather than a series of text boxes is that if a recipient has more than one address the letter can be grouped by address to produce a copy for each address.
