flat file parser error

    Error: 2009-01-13 05:43:38.59 Code: 0xC0202093 Source: Data Flow Task Flat File Source [10775] Description: An error occurred while initializing the flat file parser. I also got a warning

    about not enough system resources. When I restart sql server the problem goes away temporarily.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Check the size of your temp database, and that it has enough room to grow.

    Resetting the server will delete this file
