I would like to know if there is a sys table to query to see if a foreign key is enforced or not. I can not seem to find the answer anywhere. Not sure if it is how I am searching or if it is impossible.

hi,
I think when you type sp_help 'tablename' you will get to know what all the foreign keys applied on the table.
