Finding a table in a named query in a DSV

  • HI All

We currently have approx 500 named queries in a DSV for AS and we want to remove a table from the IS as we think it is not required.

Before we can do this though we need to check that the named queries don't use the table.

Other than going into each named query individually, is there a way to "query" the named queries?

    Thanks

    Ant

  • Managed to get what I needed.

To do this, open up the DSV in BIDS, click on VIEW, CODE, this will then bring up the XML for the DSV and then you can do a CTRL+F find for a particular term.
