Find the txt File size from SQL

  • Hi,

    Please look into the following job. Which is failing at Step 2. Is there any alternate to find the size of the .txt file.

  • Since its in a different step. You can change it to powershell and use the following:

    $FileInfo = Get-Item <Path><File>

    $FileInfo.Length

  • use xp_getfiledetails.

    if your SQL version does not have the spoc, create it like this;
