Find Databases using Encryption for their backups

    Hi Geeks,

    We are using Litespeed tool for backups on many different instances. I would need to find all the databases in an instance which are using Litespeed encryption for their backups. I believe these might be recorded in one of the master or msdb tables but i am unable to find them. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Have you checked msdb..backupset?

    Native encryption is only available in SQL Server 2014 onwards, as such there are no encryption details stored in

    msdb..backupmediaset

    msdb..backupset
