You don't need to buy it, is a free update that comes with Win10 Server Edition.

That's true, but you can't be licensed to use it unless you license the 2014 and 2016 with software assurance. 😀

Thanks for this easy question but I have a surely stupid question : why is it written " for a SQL Server 2014" ?
I have written many creation scripts for database since SQL Server 2005 in T-SQL or thru SMO and I have always used the same syntax since this time.
