Please search about FileStream data type, so i doubt, for correct ans as you have not specify any sql server version in your ques.

As Stuart wrote, filestream is not a data type, but an attribute.
I didn't include a version since Filestream only applies to certain versions, but a number of them. The rules for the data type underneath the attribute haven't changed in any version.
