Hi,
Following are the some Features in Sql Server 2005:
1. integration of your back-end systems and data transfer across firewalls using XML.
2. Scale your applications up to 32 CPUs and 64 gigabytes (GB) of RAM. SQL Server 2005 has demonstrated record-breaking performance that you can leverage.
3. With SQL Server 2005 you can implement merge, transactional, and snapshot replication with heterogeneous systems.
4. Online Operations (Index Operations and Restore)
5. Snapshot Isolation

But to be utterly honest here, simply reeling off a few buzz words about what's new in SQL 2005 won't get you very far in an interview around most of the DBA's that I know. For example, 2005 introduced a new method for handling errors in TSQL using TRY/CATCH. If you tell me this, I'm now going to follow up and say "Really? Can you step over to that white board there and show me how they work?"
If you bring up information in an interview, you need to be prepared to back it up.
