  I have 2 separate SQL server instance that has the following errors

  Faulting application sqlagent90.exe, version 2005.90.4035.0, stamp 492b162d, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.2.3790.4480, stamp 49c51f0a, debug? 0, fault address 0x0000bef7.

  Faulting application sqlwb.exe, version 2005.90.4035.0, stamp 492b1606, faulting module user32.dll, version 5.2.3790.1830, stamp 424377d6, debug? 0, fault address 0x00020093.

  Does anyone know what kind of error it is? It is something to be alarmed?

  The SQL Server Agent process is crashing. Please go through the SQL Server Agent log (SQLAGENT.out) to find out what is causing this issue.
