League ID is:
SSCFL (ID# 559945)
Looks like you missed the post yesterday =)
A six team playoff is okay with me, I'll make it happen. I'll also change the draft date to Sept 6th.

Draft date and time are now:
September 6th at 3pm PST
I changed the playoffs to 8 teams, no sense in wasting the extra two spots. Yes, half the teams are going to the playoffs...this is a free, fun league. Just think of us as the NBA 😛

Just think of us as the NBA 😛
Does that mean I have to move out of Seattle and never come back? 😛

8 might be too much.. I thought 4 was too little.. 6 seems like a good compromise but if you want to stick with 8. It should be fine.
Thanks again, for setting up the league.

We're missing our last member of the league, haven't tried to figure out who's signed up yet though. If you haven't joined the http://www.yahoo.com league, please do so. The draft is not far away.

Hey, stupid question . . . I was poking around the site this weekend, and I saw something there about a "default draft order" (or something like that). I got the impression that if I didn't set a draft order, it would go by the system default.
So my question: does that mean if I do absolutely nothing, will it autodraft according to the system default order?

Ray, yes, that is correct. From my experience the rankings are fairly solid, in other words you shouldn't get too many surprises.

Okay, good to know. Between everything I have going on, I'm not sure if I'll have a chance to tinker with my draft. I'll probably just let it go and run with the luck of the draw.

Sorry Steve, I just talked to Yahoo. They told me that their Competition Committee just met, and they have decided you won't be eligible for the title this year.

Good one! Ouch.
That's all right Steve, you'll find bigger fish to fry anyway. (Don't tell Alvin I said that though. :w00t:)

LOL, figures I'd be ineligible to serve in another capacity :w00t:
In that case, I'll play along for fun.
