I'm not sure if you are playing soccer or watching someone else play, but if you have an Andriod or iOS device you carry with you, Yahoo makes a pretty slick (and free!) fantasy football app for following your team on the go.

Actually, I am one of the officials at a High School Boys Varsity game. So, best time to really check out my team in depth will be tonight after the game. I have the app already on my Droid, but not the best for a detailed evaluation. A quick check looks like I have a decent team.

Ya, and players and coaches would probably frown upon an official running around on the field checking his smartphone throughout the match. 😉

So, then, the moral is don't text and drive officiate! 😉

Not really an issue as my phone stays in my bag until the game is over.

It was quite a good draft, only lasted about 45 minutes, and the usual mistakes still got made.I took a backup quarterback who has a bye week the same time as my main QB, and I picked a kicker (no backup) who got cut 2 days before the draft. D'Oh!
Waivers here I come...
Looks like Robert and I did the same thing: drafted a kicker who was released. Hopefully my waiver goes through.
Lame that they leave those kickers on the draft roster...guess I could have done a LITTLE research first.
Who's Robert, Sequel Surfer goes by the name of Paul if you mean me, young sir? :w00t:

I think I pretty much screwed myself by not taking any decent WRs or RBs early.
Yeah, I know it's early, but I don't think I'm going to be seeing the playoffs this year!!!

I might be looking for either a decent WR or RB, and might be willing to trade my backup QB for the right deal. Want to talk trade?
Sorry Ray, not just at the moment. I managed to get hold of Sam Bradford who'll do for at least one game, and my depth at WR/RB isn't quite strong enough yet but I'm working on it. 😉
