The quarter final games this week see the SSC Steelers facing off with the SELECT Wins INTO. Having just played each other, what changes will they make going into this weeks game? The other quarter final game is a Battle of the Bolts, GoBolts vs SQL Bolts. The last time these two teams played the SQL Bolts handed the GoBolts one of their 5 losses, can the SQL Bolts do it again?
Well I will try to start my players that will score most of the points for starters...

Well, I'm halfway glad I'm getting knocked out of the playoffs and don't have to worry about all the top point getters sitting on my bench. Good luck to the remaining teams and congrats to the SSC Steelers to beating me 3 times this year.

The SSC Steelers move on to play Ditka and the SQL Bolts move on to play Orange Engineers in the semi-finals for the championship! On any given Sunday, anything can happen!

That's for sure!
I feel like I'm seeded #1 only by default. We're pretty evenly matched. Even our projected point totals are separated by only a few points! Looking forward to the rematch!
Let's Go Orange!!! (in the Pinstripe Bowl in a few weeks, not just my fantasy team!!!)

Okay Everyone, don't forget to get your lineups in before gametime tomorrow if you have anyone playing Thursday night.
We are going into the semifinals, anyone want to hazard a guess between now and gametime Thursday night which teams will be playing for the Championship?
Based solely on the matchups as seen tonight it looks like we may see Ditka and SQL Bolts squaring off for the championship next week. But as I have said before, on any given Sunday... (you could just make that game day).

Be careful, I just picked up Shane Graham and the San Diego D!
It doesn't look good on paper: Doug Martin going against the Saints D, Arian Foster matched up against the Colts. Hopefully Schaub decides to play like a man this game and throws the ball to Johnson, leaving Foster with 12 carries and 52 yards, no TDs (hey, a guy can wish).
I wouldn't bet against Brady right now, either. He might put up 4 more TDs against the vaunted SF defense just to prove he can. Unfortunately that means no points from that spot in Ray's lineup.
If San Diego can score tons and play defense, the Steelers and Orangemen just may have a chance. If not I'll beat Ray for third place =p

I'm not a betting man, as I have said on many occasions, "On any given Sunday." I'm just asking what others think may happen this weekend.
Even during the regular season, the underdog has won. I won a game I was projected to lose.
I am currently trying to decide which players I will go with having several choices, based not only on points but who they are playing against. Tough choices if I decide to go against the what players are projected to earn.

I updated my lineup yesterday. Going with my gut as much as anything else. I don't like what I'm hearing about Pettigrew's ankle, so I swapped out my TE. We'll see what happens!
Was also hoping to shore up my WR and RB positions, but the pickings are pretty slim!
Gotta go to war with the army you have, I guess!

Just keep your eye on my bench if you're looking for guys to put up 20+ points this week. :crying:
Hopefully I can break my 4 game losing streak and go pick up that 5th place trophy.

Best of luck to everyone.

Has anyone been paying attention to the Consolation Bracket? Looks like the 11th and 12th place teams will be playing for 7th and 8th position!

Looks like the the championship game will be between the SSC Steelers and the SQL Bolts!
Can the SQL Bolts repeat as the Champions of the SSC Fantasy Football League?

The Championship is on the line this weekend! The SQL Bolts are currently a 7.4 favorite to win over the SSC Steelers. Can they do it, can the pull off back to back Championship wins?
We will know Sunday Night! Currently both teams have all their players playing this Sunday!
I have said before, "On any give Sunday," but will this Sunday be good for the SQL Bolts? We can only hope!
