Then I have Eli Manning, who is underperforming the last few weeks, having a bye week and my backup QB gets a concussion and may not be playing on Monday night if he doesn't pass the NFL concussion protocalls. Anyone have a good reliable QB that don't want?
I have Andrew Luck warming my bench; he's expendable now that Tom Brady's bye week has passed.
I could use an upgrade at either RB or WR.

WRs suck (for me this year)

Missing the real point, he has a bye week this week and my backup has a concussion. However, it would be nice if he would at least meet projected points instead of missing by about 50%. His brother seems to be doing better.
No I got it all right. What I was trying to imply was that who needs a quarterback if the rest of your team rack up the best of 130 points. Give me 130 points any week and I'll play without a quarterback 😀

I think it is more the QBs who throw to the WRs you have suck.

Maybe. I saw a lot of poor routes and drops from Bowe and Smith this past weekend. I know their QBs aren't great, but still.

I don't want to rely solely on the rest of my team to make up for my QB. He needs to be a producer as well. My luck, no QB and everyone else slacks off.

I think I have a good QB off waviers. We'll see how things go this weekend.

Thursday night game, make sure those lineups are updated.
Lots of "must wins" this week.
Please make sure to keep your lineup updated even if you feel you're out of the running, out of "respect for the game" =)

Without a doubt. This has to be my worst Fanatsy season ever, and it's painful. I will be back with a bang next season, but in the meantime, I will never have a team with missing players. I might even try and win one or two. :w00t:

Oh dear fantasy gods, please make up for my horribly performing players this week and somehow let the Bears backup quarterback throw a couple of touchdowns to Brandon Marshall tonight. Thank you. :crying:

The fantasy gods were unkind to me also...Ray had me by 15 with the Niners D goin', I had Frank Gore and the Chicago kicker...I'm 6-5 now.
Three games on Turkey Day, make sure those lineups are updated. I'll try and get a 'matchups' post done tomorrow.

Yeah, and of course, I had the Chicago D on my work league team in a close matchup. Add a one to the loss column for that team!

Good gravy that Bears offensive line looked like something you could go down to the local high school and watch on a Friday night. That was pitiful!

Who said I didn't need a QB? I got beat by a QB. Had NFL Soldiers QB just MADE his projection, I would have won, but no, he had to have stellar 2nd half and mop the floor. That and my WR core didn't match up the way it did the prevous few weeks. So actually, between a stellar performance by NFL Soldiers QB and my WR core letting me down.... Oh well, there is this coming week!

Oh, how good it feels when your QB puts up 50+ points...
