falt file connection

    Can an xlsx excel file be read in using a flat file connection.

    I tried a few different column delimiters like tab vertical and coma but still doesn't come in right

    That's because an Excel file is not a flat file. Use the Excel connector, or (preferred) get the data exported to CSV and use that instead.
