Failed to installing Failover Cluster

    Hello everyone,

    I Have SQL Server 2017 Developer edition, Windows 10, and I'm trying to installing Failover Cluster.

    I Enter to SQL "Server installation center", and Choose: "New SQL Server failover cluster installation".

    I'm continues with The Wizard Guide, and then he failed on this Rules:

    Before you do a clustered installation of SQL Server, there has to be a Windows cluster for it to be installed on.  I'd be surprised if you can create a cluster on Windows 10 - it's probably restricted to server OSes.
