I have a fact table that has several date key fields which all related to the same field in the date dimension. I've created all the necessary relationships in my Data Source View.
How can I setup the dimension usage to allow for multiple different joins to the date dimension from my fact and how would that look when the users add a date field

What you want is a Role-Playing Dimension.
You create a single dimension for your dates and add it multiple times to your cube. In the cube you can specify the different fields you want to join it on. It will end up named differently every time you add it. So you will end up with "Start Date" and "End Date" in the cube and both reference the "Date" dimension.
It's pretty easy to do. In the "Cube Structure" tab, add the "Date" dimension twice in the little dimensions window. You can then rename the dimensions there. Then go to the "Dimension Usage" tab and modify the joining fields.
