sorry, maybe I'm missing something, but I get an error using the 2005 script:

Msg 102, Level 15, State 1, Line 84

Incorrect syntax near '?'.

I can't see what line the error is coming from.

It looks like something is weird with the tabbing. When I removed the indentation from the offending line (in the SQL 2005 script) it worked fine.
