Exporting to Excel Question

  Hi - Our company is using SQl server 2000 reporting services. We have about 15 reports that is used within the company. A user can print or export the report to Excel for further analysis. When exporting multiple worksheets to an Excel workbook, how can I change the settings so that it doesn't name multiple worksheets as Sheet1,Sheet2 etc but instead to a custom parameter. ie..How can I acccess the code behind the 'export' button.

  Hi Vinu,

  as far as I know, it's not possible to rename sheet1, sheet2, ... in reporting services. I've read it somewhere in the internet but couldn't find the link anymore.

  Does anyone know a tool like Reporting Services that is doing the export to Excel in a better way? e.g. renaming worksheets, formulas, charts not as image, ...
