When I export my report to pdf it looks perfect BUT when I try the same with excel-format it looks a mess. E.g. Some of the lines are missing or in wrong places. I donät no what to fix or is there a fix available? I'm using RS 2005 with Office 2003.

The way I understand it is that when a report is exported to Execl it starts on the left. For each control that is encountered a new column is created in the excel output. If you line up your report items to start at the same "left" location and end the same as well, the Excel output will only create one row. So basically you'll need to adjust your report items appropriately until you get the result you're happy with.

The best choice for report layout is to use either a Table or Matrix, if you intend to export to Excel.
