    Can i write my own code [custom code] for export to excel option in SSRS.

    I'm guessing you actually want to export to excel and do some things with the file or data along the way. Most likely the custom code you are referring to would be in the manner of a custom rendering extension. HEre's a link to BOL - Books Online (SQL Server's help files) with an overview. There are additional examples in BOL as well.
