Export Result Set to Excel with Format

  Hi,

  Can anybody help me regarding exporting result set into Excel Sheet with specific format like (Border Size, Font Style, Column Heading etc..) ?

  Currently I am using BCP command to export result set into CSV, but the requirement got changed into Excel Sheet with format.

  Using SSIS or BCP you won't achieve your requirement.

  Either you code it with .NET, or you use a macro to do the formatting.

  Another option is to create a report in SSRS and export that to Excel.
