What I can do for obtain the information of a cube OLAP in Analysis Services and obtain in Excel, they are in different machine, The Excel do not have Analysis Service.
Install Pivot Table Services on the machine with Excel, it's on your installation cd or service pack. Be sure to install the same version than the server, e.g. if server is sp3 install PTS sp3.
