export all stored_procedures to another server

  Hi, i have recently instaled 2005 version, but when i tried to export data and procedures object to a bbdd to another bbdd, i only can export tables, how could i copy all storedprocedures from a server to another?

  How about back up on Server 1 and Restore on Server 2?
