An 11 year experienced DBA asked me a question Explain the SQL Server Architecture?
What he trying to get know from me, what is behind of sense of this question?
Please suggest me.

A question with large answers ...really lot of things that you can discuss and explain!

I'm going to guess, from your other questions here today, this is a question that you were asked in an interview.
If that's the case, "what is behind of sense of this question" is the interviewer trying to determine what you know of the SQL Server architecture. Only the interviewer can tell you specifically what he was looking for.
I'm going to guess that you haven't tried a search engine, because it's easy information to find.
