  I couldn't find a better forum to post this to. I am wondering does anybody know of any websites or sources that have exercise problems (with solutions) that are free and also cost money?

  You could sign up for Microsoft Virtual Academy, that is a good resource and each unit of work is followed by a test. MVA is, or was, a free resource with links to pay resources.
