Hi ,
Can anyone advise what steps can I do to trace what is causing the Execution Plans to be thrown out every few minutes. It is a clustered environment with two nodes with one node already issues so that leaves us with single active node. DBA saying something is continually maxing out the memory within SQL but he could not figure out what is causing this. I am not an expert so looking for some expert advice. I can remote on to the server and look for information if needed or I can connect to the instace and run any queries to collect information but obviousley does not have full admin access to the environment.
Thanks much in advance.

this doesn't make sense

I'm not sure what you mean.
If you are struggling with memory,
DBA saying something is continually maxing out the memory within SQL but he could not figure out what is causing this.
then you might have query plans being pushed out on a busy server. Have you checked target server memory counters v the amount given to SQL Server?
