Execute permission denied on package

    I created a new package and published.. runs fine.

    But when my programmer tries to run it via his code...he gets:

    The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'SSIS_Import_Package', database 'MYDB', schema 'dbo'.

    The connecting user from stage environment is [LoanServicingUser]

    What's the package protection level set at? Does the Developer have permissions in the SQL Server that he's running the package against?
