Hi All,
I have configured a snapshot replication from SQL 2000 to SQL 2005. I am executing a simple script (after the snapshot is applied) which updates one field saying snapshot applied in one table at a subscriber database. I have set up exact same thing for another set of servers and it works well. But, here I get error saying,
Error messages:
Failed to launch 'osql'
The system cannot find the file specified.
(Source: MSSQLServer, Error number: 2)
Get help: http://help/2
Command attempted:
d:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\ReplData\unc\SQL11_db1_to_sql12\20110815124725\Post-Snapshot_0.sql
(Transaction sequence number: 0x0010C8CC00000021014000000006, Command ID: 74)
I made sure that the file exists at specified location. Also, I tried executing the script using OSQL and that works too... Any suggestions?

This probably has to do with the location of osql.exe. If you serach for that error message, you'll find some posts about the issue. Here's one that I found.
