I can as well. If there isn't a relevant KB article, though, I'll warn you that in most cases the user community will point you back to Microsoft to open a support call... if it turns out to be a genuine bug, though, Microsoft sometimes eats the cost.

We started getting AV ERROR IN SQL SVR 7 using DTS. Our net admin had applied a security patch to w2k, It was fixed by applying SP3 to sqlsvr7.

The file SQLSRV32.dll and function FinishDlgProc in it seem to be where the problem starts from. Which in checking I find when I did SP 2 on my 2000 machine that file was involved in the service pack. Bill's solution may apply to you here. Or if you are 7 try SP 4 with is the latest SP 2000 would be SP 2.

This is the same break point another user is getting on a Win2K SP2 w/ MDAC 2.7 on the system. I've got his dump and it's pretty much identical. Me thinks there is a bug here.
