One of the ETL sql job is failing is failing with below error.

Please advise.

Considering that's an error from a Send Mail task, my guess is you're actually out of mailbox space for that account. Time for someone to go in and archive/cleanup SQLAgent's mailbox.

No, you'll need to login as the SQLAgent and literally go manipulate their Inbox via Outlook or whatnot.
