  • What is the salary range?

  • Loaner,

The easy answer is "it depends". We are a small company (been around 7 years) and are going through a growth spurt. I have an idea of what we're could pay someone that can meet the above requirements, but I'd hate to miss a candidate with who not only had the experience to meet the job requirements but also had additional skils and could contribute on a higher level by posting a range here.

I'd love to hear some feedback from you.

    I see from

    http://www.sqlservercentral.com/forums/shwmessage.aspx?forumid=61&messageid=308501&p=2

that you are not a candidate for this position:

"I like my job and my boss. I do not want to change job."

and "I am looking forward for my review next year."

If your situation has changed, or if you are willing to give me some insight as to what range I should should be in for local talent. send me a PM!
