Is there a certification available for ETL?

There is a datawarehousing MCP exam 070-019 Designing and Implementing Data Warehouses with Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 , it is still a SQL 7.0 (i.e. they did not upgraded it to SQL 2000 exam, like 070-028 to 228).
I noticed that very few people are taking it (I mean in comparison to SQL Server Development and SQL Server Administration).
