Im trying to execute an SSIS package that I have created. This SSIS package has 2 OLE DB Connection, both connect to the same server but different database's.
I have tested the OLE DB Connection once configured. Here is the error mssg received once I execute the package.
[Connection manager "PRCL\SQLEXPRESS.AdventureWorks"] Error: SSIS Error Code DTS_E_OLEDBERROR. An OLE DB error has occurred. Error code: 0x80004005. An OLE DB record is available. Source: "Microsoft SQL Native Client" Hresult: 0x80004005 Description: "An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections.". An OLE DB record is available. Source: "Microsoft SQL Native Client" Hresult: 0x80004005 Description: "Communication link failure". An OLE DB record is available. Source: "Microsoft SQL Native Client" Hresult: 0x80004005 Description: "Shared Memory Provider: No process is on the other end of the pipe. ".
Im not able to execute my package till I get this solved.Do provide suggestion.
The Remote Connection in Surface Area Configuration uses both Names Pipes & TCP IP.

Hi
The SQL Service may have ended. Make sure under services it is running then try again.
